Wonderful flow, energy and strength at Sturebadet today. Endend it up with 1 hour at the gym PT Mikael Svensson, crazy focus to be stronger. It will cost tomorrow, wonder if I can move my arms 
Doesn´t matter no classes, just resting all Saturday. Thanks for great inspiration and fun!

Of course I ended my Friday at Sportlife Tegnergatan with a full energetic ZUMBA class, so glad to end my working week with you guys.
