Do you wanna change, feel different, stronger, happier, more patience….. There are so many things to gain by taking action and taking care of yourself! When I se how little people exercise today it scares me, what scares me even more is that we change the levels of exercise because people are in so bad shape, not use to any resistance and the gyms don´t want to scare the members of. To use your power, feel your strength is something healthy. Yes of course the body will react the first times when we start all over again, but it is not dangerous, Dangerous is not doing something about it...
